I still remember the day when they announced the first season of Pro Kabaddi League on television in 2014. It felt like a prolonged justice for such a truly great sport and for the fans obviously. The game has turned out to be one of the most popular televised sports ever since. And now, the teams are setting the ground on fire with this ongoing season. Pro Kabaddi League season 7 has witnessed some ups and downs for different teams and Haryana Steelers’ performance one of them.
The team doesn’t have any history of commendable winning games in previous seasons. Certainly, this is the reason why they all have come up with new energy to brush up the deal in this season. If we compare the scores including total wins and losses, it is pretty much clear that the team players have decided to leave a mark on the pitch this season.
Here is what to expect from Haryana Steelers’ Performance in Pro Kabaddi League Season 7 and Why.
There is no need to mention the details of every single game the team has played so far in the season. Certainly, the stats have said it all already. Even if we begin with season 5, the team played total 23 matches overall; out of which they won 13 and lost 6 matches. 4 matches as draw!. Yet the performance of the team was not so bad. The spectacular team managed to make a relishing presence on the scoreboard by itself. It was a noteworthy output fans could expect from a debutant team but unfortunately, couldn’t last for a long run.

Even though 5th season has appeared to be a successful start for Haryana Steelers team because of their remarkable performance; season 6 was a mere disappointment. The team took part in 22 matches of Pro Kabaddi League 6th season. But, there was a total of 14 matches that the team lost in the previous season. It was highly disappointing for fans to see their favorite team bag only 6 winning matches along with 2 draws.
This amazing team is led by Dharmaraj Cheralathan (Defender, left and right corner) who was previously in team U Mumba. Prashanth Kumar Rai also joined the squad after previously being in UP Yoddha. Rakesh Singh Kumar and Selvamani K have served Dabang Delhi before and now they are a part of Haryana Steelers. Apart from this, Raju Lal Choudhary once belonged to Jaipur Pink Panthers. Other than these, all other players are either new or started their career with this flamboyant team.
Haryana Steelers seem to be quite serious about their match strategies this time. Their game has completely transformed into something significantly different in this ongoing season. If we take a look at Haryana Steelers’ performance in Season 7 of Pro Kabaddi League, we can see that the team has won 5 out of total 9 matches. There are 4 losses with no draw matches aside.
It won’t be wrong to say that the team will surely set a mark in this season with their youngest and best players Sunil and Vikash Kandola. The two have served high tackle points and raid points respectively.
