I may not be a fitness freak but I am quite conscious about my body weight and therefore I work out at least 5 times a week. Yeah, that’s true. Since, I am not disciplined kind of person, so I prefer heading to the gym instead of doing it at home by myself. Besides, there are several exercises that one must not try without the supervision of an expert.

Since we are talking about gym, I can say that a place where we workout is sometimes a whole new world. In a way, you get to interact with a small part of society and meet different types of people. They all have different personality traits and yet it’s fun to interact with them. In this post, you will get to know about different types of people you will always encounter at the gym:

I don’t really like to spend on exercise gears and especially those exercise hand bands though I want my shoes to be perfect. But, there are some people in gym with this crazy obsession for the best workout gears. Besides, they get all their exercise gears in different colors and styles. Epic!

Selfie lovers are omnipresent. You can find them everywhere whether it’s a shopping mall, office or even gym. They will enter the gym with their phone in a hand and find the best place to click a picture of themselves looking in the mirror. They take multiple pictures and then select the best one to post on social media.

There is nothing wrong in socializing and interacting with the people you see every day but sometimes it’s too much to handle. I still remember my first day at gym when a guy standing next to me explained why he hates his job.

Some people jump straight on treadmill instead of doing warm ups just because of their unnecessary obsession for equipment. Some of these people might be annoying at times but, they make the entire ambiance of the gym quite entertaining. Believe me!
